In the face of rapid development will the Emerald City recognize the environmental, public health and quality of life services trees provide before it’s too late? Advocates like Wolf, hope they will.

Martha is a freelance environment radio and print reporter. She covers a wide range of issues from endangered species, warming oceans, alternatives to fossil fuels, growing food in unlikely places, pollinators, and climate and environmental justice. This is a wonderful story and testimony by UW’s Kathleen Wolf that promotes space for retaining and replanting large trees while innovating for increased density! The story by Martha Baskin with videography by Brady Lawrence is eye-opening!
